THE RUMA HOTEL & RESIDENCES
The Ruma Hotel & Residences launched in March 2013 by Urban DNA Sdn Bhd, a joint development between Ireka Berhad and Aseans Properties Ltd. It is located on Jalan Kia Peng (formerly TOP Hat Restaurant), a short walk to the Pavilion Mall (Bukit Bintang) and also Petronas Twin Towers as well as the KLCC Park.

The developments comes in 2 components:

Hotel Suites comprises of 253 units from level 6 to 18, will be managed by Urban Resort Concept (URC) who currently manages The PULI Hotel in Shanghai. Size of the hotel starts from 441sf up to 1,066sf for the Presidential Suite. The Hotel Suite purchaser will sign a leaseback agreement with the developer for 10 years.
